This is my second time using Mid State Roofing for my roofing repairs. The first time was approximately 4 years ago and quality work was provided at that time as well. This time around I will be honest in that I first contacted another company who had been recommended to me. I called Mid State to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The person I talked with was friendly and took my info and told me someone would be calling me to set up the day and time. I waited a little over 3 weeks and heard nothing so I called them back. I was then told Mid State does not give estimates for residential customers.
